Practice Experience
Charise Naifeh is an associate in White & Case LLP’s Litigation and International Arbitration Practice Group. Ms. Naifeh's recent litigation experience includes:
- representing the International Finance Corporation in the Commercial Division of the New York Supreme Court of New York County in connection with a complex, multi-million dollar project finance deal;
- representing a sovereign and its instrumentality before the Second Circuit in a suit brought pursuant to the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act and alleging breach of contract and tort claims; and
- representing the Republic of Indonesia's largest state-owned bank in federal litigation in New York regarding international banking transactions.
