Practice Experience
Clemens Niedner is an associate in the Capital Markets team of the Frankfurt office of White & Case LLP. He advises issuers and investment banks on debt capital markets products such as debt issuance programmes, Schuldscheine and German covered bonds (Pfandbriefe).

Mr. Niedner also advises German and international lenders, investors and companies in connection with national and international finance transactions and related corporate issues. In particular, he advises in the areas of acquisition finance, project finance and structured finance.

In 2005, Mr. Niedner worked as a trainee in the Cape Town office of a major South African law firm.
