Practice Experience

Camille Note joined the Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions department of White & Case in 2006. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions as well as financial markets.

Camille Note advises French companies and both French and foreign financial investors on acquisitions, restructuring and share transfers. She has advised private equity funds such as Starwood, Industri Kapital or Gilde in their leveraged buy-out transactions with regards to financial, fiscal and legal engineering.

Camille Note also assists both French and foreign issuers with respect to their obligations under the French securities laws and regulations in connection with takeovers, initial public offerings, issuing of equity and debt securities.
