Camille Note joined the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions department of White & Case in 2006. She concentrates in mergers and acquisitions as well as financial markets.

Ms. Note advises French companies and both French and foreign financial investors on acquisitions, restructurings and share transfers. She has advised private equity funds such as Starwood, Industri Kapital and Gilde on their leveraged buyout transactions with regards to financial, fiscal and legal engineering.

Ms. Note also assists both French and foreign issuers with respect to their obligations under French securities laws and regulations in connection with takeovers, initial public offerings and issuing of equity and debt securities.
