Practice Experience
Christopher O’Donnell is an associate in the corporate practice of the firm’s London office. Christopher has experience in ECM, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate advisory.
Prior to joining White & Case, Christopher spent over three years with a leading Australian law firm.
Representative transactions include:
Advising on Tattersall’s IPO of ordinary shares, a $2.3 billion gaming company presently rated in the top S&P/ASX 100 index, to raise $290m (2005).
Advising Mayne Group Limited in relation to its demerger of Mayne Pharma (2005).
Advising on an underwritten, pro rata non-renounceable rights issue of ordinary shares in a Range River Gold Limited, a listed mining company (2006).
Advising on Patties Foods Ltd's IPO of 58m ordinary shares, an established Australian iconic food manufacturing company, to raise $100m (2006).
Advising Toll Holdings Limited, an Australian listed company, in relation to its successful hostile off-market takeover bid for Patrick Corporation Limited (2006/2007).
General corporate advisory including advice on director’s duties, appointment and removal of company officers and auditors, access to corporate records, related party transactions, corporate constitutions (drafting and operation), reporting requirements and dividend reinvestment plans.
