Practice experienceCarmen Reynolds is a partner in the Banking & Capital Markets Group in London. Carmen specializes in risk management work for financial institutions and financial services regulation. She provides advice on new business and product launches, transaction and project structuring, the application of the Financial Services and Markets Act and Financial Services Authority rules, the European single market for financial services and financial institution M&A. Before joining White & Case, Carmen worked at another major international law firm and she was previously on secondment to the UK Treasury as a policy adviser to Ministers on the Financial Services and Markets Act. Carmen has also been involved in commenting on draft pan-European Directives in the financial services area and sits on various industry regulatory committees.
