Practice Experience
Christoph v. Einem advises mainly in the areas of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, private equity/venture capital as well as merger control. He also has experience in the area of capital markets, banking and finance, stock option programs and IP/IT.

Mr. v. Einem represents national and international private equity funds as well as enterprises from start-up to publicly listed companies, including its share-holders, board members and the management of such firms, in all aspects of corporate matters. In the area of mergers & acquisitions and private equity, Mr. v. Einem has been involved in a substantial number of national and international transactions.

Mr. v. Einem advises listed and unlisted companies in the preparation and the conducting of their general meetings, including specific issues of stock corporation law such as the implementation of employee incentive schemes (stock options/warrants) and the buy-back of corporate shares. He advises on issues of financing of mid-sized businesses with equity and mezzanine financing instruments.

Prior to joining White & Case, Mr. v. Einem practiced as  International Partner and Co-Head legal world-wide for another leading international law firm. Since 2002 he lectures at the Technical University of Munich on "Entrepreneurship and Law."
