Christoph von Einem advises in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate law as well as on private equity/venture capital transactions.

He specializes in representing national and international private equity funds, technology-based or medium-sized companies as well as partners or shareholders, executive or supervisory board members and managing directors. His advice is focused on all aspects of corporate law as well as equity or equity mezzanine financing.

Christoph von Einem joined White & Case in 2006 and established and developed the Munich office. Prior to joining White and Case, he was International Partner and Global Co-Head Legal of an international law firm. He has been a lecturer for Entrepreneurship and Law at the Chair of Entrepreneurial Finance of the University of Technology in Munich (TUM) since 2002 and is a member of the European Venture Capital Association.
