Mr. Peters concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, private equity investments, capital markets and corporate governance matters and financial transactions and is a member of White & Case’s corporate group.

Mr. Peters represents clients in the purchase and sale of publicly traded and privately held companies.  Recent transactions include the acquisition and disposition of title insurance underwriters and agencies, real estate and information services businesses, an aerospace manufacturer, a biometrics company, a steel plant, a flood data certification company, database and software companies, a motel chain and a distributor of photographic products.

Mr. Peters also represents strategic investors in venture capital transactions and issuers in various stages of growth, including private and public issuances of equity and debt securities.

Financial transactions have included the representation of financial institutions in arranging and providing secured and unsecured credit facilities as well as credit and liquidity support for bonds.

Mr. Peters also counsels both public and private companies in various legal aspects of their business operations and activities.
