Practice Experience
Eric Kosinski is an associate in White & Case Tokyo's mergers and acquisitions practice. Mr. Kosinski's practice focuses on the areas of mergers and acquisitions, employment, data protection, unfair competition and intellectual property. Mr. Kosinski has worked on matters including business transfers, cross-boarder commercial and copyright litigations, compliance initiatives and employment disputes. Prior to joining White & Case, Mr. Kosinski worked at the Japanese branch of a U.S. semiconductor manufacturer.
