Eberhard Meincke has wide-ranging expertise in acquisition finance transactions, consortium agreements, provision of security, refinancing and other finance transactions.

In addition, he practices in the field of banking regulatory law and serves as a crucial contact for litigation colleagues in banking proceedings. He also advises banks on restructuring matters, distressed loan commitments and the day-to-day banking business as well as on corporate law issues and project finance transactions.

Eberhard Meincke has been a lecturer at the University of Greifswald since 1992 and was honored with the title of Honorary Professor in 1997 for his efforts in reorganizing the Law Faculty. Between 1992 and 2006, he also lectured at the Real Estate Management Institute of the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Berlin and Munich.

Moreover, he is Honorary Legal Advisor to the Royal Danish Consulate General in Hamburg. Honoring his many years of work for the Royal Danish Consulate General, the Queen of Denmark awarded him the Order of the Dannebrog and appointed him the "Ridder af Dannebrog" in 1997.

Up to 2007, Eberhard Meincke was a member of White & Case’s international Management Board and up to 2009, he was a member of the Executive Committee of the White & Case Hamburg office.
