Practice Experience
Ekkehard Moeser's main areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions (with emphasis on real estate acquisitions), project finance and real estate development. He also has extensive experience in corporate matters.
Dr. Moeser was legal advisor at the Ministry of Economics of the Federal Republic of Germany before he became lawyer in Frankfurt/Main in 1982.
He was appointed as a notary public in Frankfurt/Main in 1996.
Dr. Moeser has represented large stock corporations and medium-sized companies in acquisitions, investments and sales. In recent years, he has had a special focus on real estate transactions, including their financing, setting up of investment vehicles and development projects. Dr. Moeser has also been involved in a number of privatization transactions.
