Emmanuelle Pontnau-Faure joined the tax group of the Corporate department of the Paris office in January 2002. Her principal areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings, international tax planning and corporate tax advice.

Emmanuelle Pontnau-Faure has developed extensive experience in acquisition schemes and assistance to corporations in their day-to-day activities.

She has worked on transactions carried out by investment funds, including Starwood Capital Group for the acquisition and restructuring of Groupe Taittinger, Industri Kapital for the acquisition and the sale of Labeyrie and Fives-Lille and the acquisition of SIA and Idex Group, as well as Foncière LFPI for the acquisition of real estate portfolios.

She has also assisted industrial groups such as Danisco for the acquisition of Rhodia's chemical activity or for the joint venture between MAAF-MMA and Azur-GMF (insurance area).

Emmanuelle Pontnau-Faure has also been involved in asset finance operations, in particular in the aeronautical and telecoms sectors. She has assisted various industrial groups in restructuring transactions; and has advised managers on equity package.
