Frank Evers advises clients on all aspects of mergers & acquisitions.

His principal areas of practice cover international and domestic M&A transactions, including LBOs and M&A transactions of financially distressed companies (distressed M&A). He also advises listed stock corporations on stock corporation and capital market law. Frank Evers has significant experience in cross-border joint ventures, real estate portfolio transactions, restructuring and privatization projects.

Frank Evers lectures business law at the Hamburg University of Technology.

Prior to joining White & Case, he worked with the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission in Brussels and with a major French law firm in Paris.
