Practice Experience
Frank Evers has significant experience in international and domestic M&A transactions, including distressed M&A, public M&A and LBOs. His principal areas of practice also include cross-border joint ventures, real estate portfolio transactions, legal restructuring, take-overs of listed companies and privatization projects.

Mr. Evers advises private equity clients as well as strategic investors in all aspects of their M&A transactions. He has represented foreign strategic and financial buyers in the acquisition of German enterprises ranging from medium-sized and family-owned companies to major corporate groups. Speaking French fluently, he has been the lead attorney for major French companies in their landmark M&A transactions in Germany.

Mr. Evers has industry experience in the energy and environmental services, media and advertising, real estate, consumer goods, sanitary equipments, telecommunication and transportation sectors. He has worked on many infrastructure projects for public authorities, strategic corporates and private equity houses.

Mr. Evers is a lecturer in business law at Hamburg University of Technology.

Prior to joining White & Case, Mr. Evers worked with the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission in Brussels and with a major French law firm.
