Practice Experience
Franck Peter specializes in construction and real estate law, notably in the context of development transactions. He additionally focuses on the transfer and acquisition of different types of property assets including office properties, hotels and resorts, shopping centers, industrial properties and residential properties.
Mr. Peter advises both French and foreign construction companies, real estate developers, private and institutional investors, investment funds and corporate end users.
His experience covers the different domains of real estate law and he acts in every stage of transactions, including acquisition of land and buildings, the development and construction of all types of real estate projects and leasing and disposal of real estate assets. He recently participated in the structuring and the implementation of important French and European transactions for transfer and outsourcing of property assets.
Mr. Peter has also relevant experience in the field of renewable energy. He has therefore counseled developers and investors especially in connection with wind farm, solar and biomass projects.
Before joining White & Case, Mr. Peter practiced law at the Paris office of a major London-based firm.
