Practice Experience
Géraldine Le Beuze-Cruveillier is an associate in the Paris office of White & Case and a member of the litigation team.

Her practice includes advising large French and international companies as well as financial institutions on civil, commercial or corporate litigation, in addition to matters relating to white collar crime or bankruptcy.

Géraldine Le Beuze-Cruveillier is a member of the Paris Bar association. She joined White & Case in September 2006.

Her recent experience includes :
  • Assisting a Bank in relation to a long running case before the Criminal Chamber of the District Court of Paris concerning embezzlement and misuse of corporate assets by individuals, including former leaders of the Bank. In addition to sentences and fines imposed on the defendants, the Bank was granted a total of 13,415,000 Euros in damages.
  • Assisting a French industrial company to secure a decisive victory, by obtaining a decision from the Paris Court of Appeal confirming the blocking of first demand bank guarantees, for a total amount of more than 24 million Euros, relating to the construction contract of a brick factory in Russia.
  • Advising and assisting a Bank subject to a request for judicial assistance from a U.S. court seeking documents covered by the French banking secrecy through a process of discovery in the U.S.
