Practice Experience
Gerd Lembke's main areas of practice include proceedings of all kinds before the courts of first instance, complaints and appellate procedures as well as arbitration proceedings.
Dr. Lembke has deep knowledge and extensive experience in numerous areas of civil law, in particular tenancy law, dam ages and tort law, building law, architect's and engineer's law, banking law, and insolvency law. For more than ten years, Dr. Lembke has advised a client active in project development and the management and leasing of industrial property on tenancy law, civil building law, and the general law of contract.
Dr. Lembke works with the insolvency administrators of the Hamburg office in order to enforce or dispute claims made by or against the insolvency administrators in connection with the insolvency of a company. Therefore, Dr. Lembke has extensive experience in asserting claims against shareholders and managing directors of insolvent companies, and in contesting the transactions of the debtor prior to the opening of insolvency proceedings.
