Practice Experience
Mr. Parker is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Practice Groups, concentrating primarily in the area of patent and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Parker has experience representing clients in the pharmaceutical industry in complex patent infringement disputes, including suits arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act.

Mr. Parker has experience conducting due diligence investigations in the patent area, including reviewing patent portfolios of target companies and investigating freedom to operate issues for compounds of interest to our clients.

Mr. Parker also has experience representing US and foreign multinational corporations in matters involving the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), with an emphasis on internal investigations of potential violations of the FCPA and FCPA compliance programs.

Mr. Parker has been with White & Case since 2006. His recent litigation experience includes:

Novartis Pharmaceuticals against multiple defendants - Representation of plaintiff in Hatch-Waxman patent litigation against multiple defendants (including the first ANDA filer) concerning pharmaceutical compositions used to treat hypertension.

Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary v. Novartis Ophthalmics, Inc., et al. - Representation of defendant in patent infringement litigation concerning patents relating to the treatment of age-related macular degeneration.
