Practice Experience
Dr. Grzegorz J. Wąsiewski focuses on energy law issues, as well as corporate matters.

He is involved in proceedings related to energy regulation, geological and mining law, mergers and acquisitions processes, as well as dispute resolutions. Mr. Wąsiewski is also involved in cases concerning constitutional and European law.

Grzegorz J. Wąsiewski participated in privatizations of mines. He advised on legal issues connected with the transmission system's infrastructure. His experience also includes assistance on and preparation of necessary documentation for transactions and negotiations connected with mergers and acquisitions of companies, including banks (in Poland and abroad). He also provided advice to one of the foreign developers operating in the Polish market by negotiating agreements with banks and coordinating day-to-day corporate service.

Prior to joining White & Case, he had several internships in both law firms and central administrative bodies, including the Office of the President of the Republic of Poland.

Grzegorz J. Wąsiewski graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University. He also holds a Master's degree in sociology. He studied at the University of Utrecht School of Law as a Socrates Erasmus scholar. In 2009, the Board of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University awarded him a Doctor of Law degree.

He has published several articles and reviews.

He is a legal advisor.

He is fluent in English and has basic knowledge of German, Russian and French.
