Heiko Wilde advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate law, joint ventures, commercial law and contract law.

Heiko Wilde's area of practice includes corporations and partnerships but also companies with other legal forms, with a focus on the acquisition and divestiture of entire companies as well as the acquisition and divestiture of majority and minority shareholdings in medium-sized companies or affiliated group companies.

Heiko Wilde also handles the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements, in particular exchange contracts, investment projects and cooperation agreements.

Prior to joining White & Case in 2000, Heiko Wilde worked for a law firm focusing on advising medium-sized businesses.
