Ms. Ilona Fedurek focuses on banking and capital markets law, as well as corporate issues related to mergers & acquisitions.

Before joining White & Case, Ms. Fedurek had several internships in Polish and international law firms.

She graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the Wroclaw University.

Ms. Fedurek was also a Socrates-Erasmus Program scholar at the Faculty of Law at the Gent Univesiteit in Belgium, specializing in European Union law, European and comparative company law, European banking and capital markets law and international commercial transactions.

Ms. Ilona Fedurek is an attorney trainee.

She is fluent in English, and has a basic command of German and Dutch.
