Ines Hantschel's mainly advices companies on M&A and Private Equity transactions. She also focuses on IT and Outsourcing projects.

Prior to joining White & Case Ms. Hantschel gained experiences in Real Estate transactions in the Frankurt office of another international law firm.

During her stage Ms. Hantschel worked in the legal department's IP section of a globally operating food and beverages company in Frankfurt.

Ms. Hantschel gained first international experience in England and Russia.
