Jake Baccari concentrates on dispute resolution and commercial matters. Mr. Baccari has experience in numerous litigations and arbitrations. In addition, Mr. Baccari has conducted compliance reviews pursuant to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Mr. Baccari joined White & Case in March 2008. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked at a leading international law firm in Miami, where his practice focused on complex commercial litigation.
