Practice Experience
Jiang Bian is a senior tax consultant with White & Case’s Beijing office. He advises on all aspects of China taxation including taxation of mergers and acquisitions, taxation of foreign direct investments into China, transfer pricing strategies and tax aspects of structuring profit repatriation strategies. Jiang also assists clients with Chinese tax controversy matters and advises on tax practice and procedures of the Chinese tax authorities. He also regularly consults with the Chinese tax authorities to seek and obtain confirmations of tax positions on behalf of clients.
Prior to joining White & Case, Jiang was a tax manager with the Beijing office of one of the "Big Four" public accounting firms.
