Practice Experience
Jiong Deng is an associate in the Firm's Shanghai office. His practice encompasses a broad range of business transactions and corporate finance transactions relating to China. He concentrates on advising multinational clients on their direct investment projects, acquisitions and restructurings, intellectual property matters as well as on general operations in China.
Before joining White & Case in August 2005, Jiong Deng practiced for more than five years with an international law firm in its Shanghai and New York offices.
