Jenifer Anderson is an associate in the firm's Johannesburg office and concentrates on securities transactions and corporate finance, with particular focus on emerging markets.

She has experience representing public and private clients on a variety of matters, including public offerings in the United States and abroad, mergers and acquisitions, general securities law, and corporate law.  She has also represented numerous private equity funds in fund formation and investments.

Before joining White & Case in 2007, Jenifer practiced with another leading international law firm in New York for two years.  She also worked for an NGO in South Africa improving rural health delivery.
