Practice Experience
Juliette Goyer joined the Paris Competition team of White & Case in 2004. She has 15 years' experience as a competition law authority at leading international law firms. She acts for both French and international companies.

Juliette Goyer focuses on competition and EU law and also has experience in distribution and IP matters. Her areas of experience include advising on:
  • Merger control: pre-merger risk assessment, submission of formal merger filings before the French Competition Authority and the EC Commission, multi-filing analysis and coordination of multiple merger filings
  • Cartels and abuses of dominant position: legal advice, audits, assistance during cartel investigations, litigation before the French Competition Authority and the Paris Court of Appeals and compliance programs
  • Horizontal cooperative agreements, vertical restraints and distribution networks
  • French billing policies and sales regulations
  • Technology licensing/transfer agreements.
