Josef Große Honebrink practices as a German certified tax advisor and certified public accountant.

He focuses on structuring mergers and acquisitions under tax aspects, cross-border tax planning, providing tax expertise on IPOs, privatizations and PPP projects. In addition, he advises on company takeovers, MBOs, company reorganization, mergers, demergers, contributions, change in legal form as well as the establishment of holding structures, including the financing aspects related thereto.

Prior to joining White & Case, Josef Große Honebrink worked in the tax department of a leading international accounting firm in Frankfurt from 1984 until early 1999, finally as a director.
