Practice Experience
Joshua M. Hantman is an associate in the Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Group. He has experience in various aspects of bankruptcy law, including the representation of debtors, committees of creditors and trustees in Chapter 11 proceedings.
Mr. Hantman’s experience includes representing the DCHC Liquidating Trust in the Greater Southeast Community Hospital Corporation I Chapter 11 case in Washington, DC. He is also working on the team representing the debtor in the Mirant Chapter 11 cases pending in Forth Worth, TX, one of the largest restructurings ever filed in the United States.
