Jérémie Jourdan's main areas of practice include EC competition law, EU regulation, general EU law, and international trade.

Mr. Jourdan works on a variety of legal matters related to competition law, including restrictive practices and agreements, market dominance, merger control and State aid.  In this area, he represented clients before the European Commission in Phase 1 and Phase 2 merger control reviews, cartel investigations and abuse of dominance proceedings. 

Mr. Jourdan has gained experience in advising companies in regulated industries, including telecommunications (satellite), energy, railways, media and maritime transport.   

Before joining White & Case, Jérémie Jourdan worked with two other French law firms and with the European Commission (DG Competition, Unit for Transport). He joined White & Case in 2005.
