Jörg Kraffel advises clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate law and acts as co-head of White & Case's M&A/Private Equity practice group in Germany.

He specializes in the legal structuring and realization of national and cross-border transactions, including joint ventures. Jörg Kraffel has extensive experience in advising corporations and partnerships on M&A transactions and aspects of corporate law. He particularly focuses on investment and acquisitions in the energy and real estate sector as well as on privatizations.

Prior to joining White & Case in January 2007, Jörg Kraffel was a partner in the M&A practice of another leading international law firm.
