Practice Experience
Klaus Finkelnburg is a well-known authority in public law and public building law in particular. His reputation as public law authority is based on his broad experience both as a lawyer retired President of the Constitutional Court of Berlin and as former member of the Berlin Parliament.
Furthermore, Dr. Finkelnburg is a teaching Professor at Free University and Humboldt-University of Berlin and author of standard textbooks on public building law.
Dr. Finkelnburg is the founder of the Berlin office, which after its growing and mergers become the Berlin office of White & Case LLP.
