Practice Experience

Katja Thürmer’s practice focuses on Belgian and international corporate and financial law. On a daily basis, she deals with merger and acquisitions, private equity, banking and finance and Belgian corporate law.

She was admitted to the Brussels Bar in September 2005.

During her legal studies, Katja participated in the Erasmus exchange programme at the University of Vienna.

Prior to joining White & Case in March 2008, Katja worked with a leading national law firm in Brussels, where her main areas of practice included litigation, commercial law, corporate law and the law of obligations.
