Louise is an asset finance Partner based in Paris. Louise is experienced in international asset finance and leasing with particular emphasis on the aviation industry. Louise's transaction experience includes operating lease financings, secured debt financings, export credit agency supported financings, Islamic financings, leasing company acquisitions and individual asset acquisitions and sales.

Louise has represented several of the world's largest leasing companies, operators and banks and has recently acted for Deutsche Bank, ECGD, Euler Hermes, Jackson Square Aviation, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Aeroflot and Alpha Trains. Louise has also spent time on secondment with Angel Trains in its London office.

• Advising ECGD and Euler Hermes on the ECA-supported financing of four Airbus aircraft for Air Arabia;
• Advising Natixis on the PDP payment financing of five Boeing aircraft for Air Europa;
• Advising Bank of America as arranger and lessor on an innovative lease / service contract financing of heavy mobile equipment for a French mining company;
• Advising ECGD, Euler Hermes and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ on the ECA-supported financing of four Airbus aircraft for Air Arabia;
• Advising ECGD and Deutsche Bank on the ECA-supported refinancing of three aircraft, and delivery financing of five aircraft, for Gulf Air;
• Advising Deutsche Bank as lender on a commercial financing of three Airbus aircraft for Gulf Air;
• Advising Aeroflot on the financing of six Airbus aircraft, involving a combination of ECA-supported financing and commercial financing;
• Advising ABN AMRO as lender on the financing of six Airbus aircraft for AirAsia, involving a combination of ECA-supported financing and commercial financing;
• Advising HSH Nordbank as lender on a commercial loan financing of three Airbus aircraft for AirAsia;
• Advising Kuwait Finance House as arranger and financier on an Islamic financing of six Airbus aircraft for AirAsia;
• Advising a UK airline on the termination of Japanese Operating Leases in respect of two Airbus aircraft;
• Advising a UK airline on the commercial loan financing of two Airbus aircraft;
• Advising HSH Nordbank as arranger and lender on a pre-delivery payments financing of two Boeing aircraft for Load Air;
• Advising BNP Paribas and Natexis Transport Finance as lenders on a financing of six Airbus aircraft for AirAsia, involving a combination of ECA-supported financing, commercial financing and mismatch financing;
• Advising Capital Partners on the sale of one Airbus A318 Elite aircraft;
• Advising Capital Partners as borrower on a lease financing of one Gulfstream aircraft;
• Advising Capital Partners on the acquisition of business jets;
• Advising Meridian Capital CIS Fund on the acquisition of business jets and the establishment of a joint venture company;
• Assisting in the representation of HSH Nordbank as lender to a private client on a refinancing of an A320 Airbus aircraft and a financing of an A340 Airbus aircraft;
• Ten-month secondment to Angel Trains, advising on its restructuring prior to the sale of Angel Trains by RBS;
• Advising Angel Trains on its post-sale restructuring and accession to secured facilities;
• Advising Alpha Trains on its post-sale restructuring and accession to secured facilities; and
• Advising WESTbahn AG on its financing of seven Stadler DMUs.
