Muriel Alhadeff has strong experience in banking, structured finance and insolvency related matters. She advises many banks on securitizations, asset back lending, factoring schemes and acquisition finance.

She has also advised numerous companies on the purchase of debtors facing financial difficulties and assets of insolvent companies, either during formal insolvency proceedings or through out-of-court proceedings. She is also the author of various publications in the field of bankruptcy.

Muriel Alhadeff also has strong experience in corporate and mergers and acquisitions matters, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions. She represents institutional investors (in both investment and funding transactions) and private and publicly traded companies in both national and cross-border transactions.

She is recognised by PLC Which Lawyer 2009 as a "respected" restructuring and insolvency lawyer. She is also ranked as a leading insolvency and restructuring lawyer by Expert Guides (Euromoney).
