Practice Experience
Muriel Alhadeff has strong experience in banking, structured finance and insolvency related matters. She advises many banks on securitizations, assets back lending, factoring schemes and acquisition finance.
She has also advised numerous companies on the purchase of debtors facing financial difficulties and assets of insolvent companies, either during formal insolvency proceedings or through out-of-court proceedings. She is also the author of various publications in the field of bankruptcy.
