Mårten Olsson is a member of the New York Capital Markets Practice Group. Mr. Olsson represents underwriters and issuers in a full range of equity and debt offerings, with a primary focus on high-yield bond offerings. His experience includes US registered public offerings, US private offerings under Rule 144A and offerings outside the United States under Regulation S.

In addition, Mr. Olsson advises both US and non-US issuers with respect to their disclosure obligations under US securities laws, including requirements under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and compliance with the rules of the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq National Market. He regularly assists US and non-US issuers in the preparation of their annual, quartlery and current reports, as well as other US filings.
