Mårten Olsson is a member of the Securities Practice Group. Mr. Olsson represents underwriters and issuers in a full range of equity and debt offerings. His experience includes US registered public offerings, US offerings under Rule 144A, offerings outside the United States under Regulation S, private placements and securitization transactions.

In addition, Mr. Olsson advises both US and non-US issuers with respect to their disclosure obligations under US securities laws, including requirements under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and compliance with the rules of the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq National Market. He regularly assists US and non-US issuers in the preparation of their annual reports, proxy statements and other US filings.
