Magdalena Baliszewska focuses on corporate matters.

Prior to joining White & Case, she worked for eight years for a renowned French law firm in the corporate department and the mergers and acquisitions department in Warsaw, as well as in the mergers and acquisitions department in Paris.

Magdalena Baliszewska graduated from the Paris I Sorbonne University School of Law. She also completed postgraduate studies in commercial law at the same university (DEA degree).
