Practice Experience
Matthias Bochum practices in the areas of bank finance law as well as banking regulatory law.
He specializes in advising banks and companies on domestic and cross-border project, corporate and acquisition finance transactions as well as on the legal areas associated with these transactions (in particular collateral security, insolvency and corporate law). Concerning project finance transactions, Matthias Bochum is especially experienced in the field of renewable energy.
Another focus of his practice is giving counsel to banks, financial service providers and enterprises on all aspects of banking regulatory law.
Prior to joining White & Case in 2007, Matthias Bochum worked as a legal trainee with the Canadian-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Toronto, Canada as well as for a major US law firm in New York.
