Practice Experience
Monisha Deka is an associate in the International Trade Group of White & Case LLP with a background in intellectual property.  Ms. Deka's practice focuses primarily on ITC 337 investigations, patent and trademark prosecution, litigation, licensing and client counseling.  She has experience in a variety of technological fields, including integrated circuits, microelectromechanical systems, RFID technology and automotive component manufacturing.  As a registered US patent attorney, she has broad litigation experience including 337 proceedings and federal court proceedings involving patent and technology matters, as well as trademark proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).

While she was in law school, Ms. Deka served as a judicial clerk extern for the Honorable Jeffrey R. Howard of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. As an undergraduate at Georgia Tech, her studies centered on Industrial and Systems Engineering.  Also as a student, she worked as a full-time engineer in manufacturing facilities for pharmaceuticals and food products.
