Practice Experience

Marette Kemp is an Associate in the firm's Banking & Capital Markets Group.

She joined the London office of White & Case in July 2007 from a South African law firm, having practiced in its Cape Town office as an associate for three years and thereafter as a non-equity partner.

Marette has considerable experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructurings and Corporate Finance Structures. She has advised various leading corporate firms in South Africa (listed on the JSE Limited and certain international stock exchanges including non-listed entities) in respect of acquisitions, restructurings and other related corporate and commercial transactions.
