Practice Experience
Ms. Marzena Matuszyk-Aubertin focuses primarily on tax management, financing, real estate and complex corporate operations.
She joined White & Case as an international tax, financing, corporate and real estate counsel, as well as a core member of the newly established French Desk in the Warsaw office, due to her vast experience in helping major multinational companies from France and other French-speaking countries invest in Poland. She is particularly experienced in investments in Central European countries.
Before joining White & Case in 2005, Ms. Matuszyk-Aubertin was an international lawyer and senior legal consultant (corporate, M&A, financing and tax management) in the Warsaw and Paris offices of a renowned French law firm. She ultimately became responsible for the tax department of the firm's Warsaw office, and a member of its international Tax Experts Council.
Ms. Matuszyk-Aubertin graduated from the Warsaw University School of Law. She also completed post-graduate studies in European enterprise management (Master HEC Business School—SGH Warsaw School of Business), as well as postgraduate studies in international tax management (DESS de Fiscalité Internationale, HEC Business School—Paris-Sceaux University).
Ms. Matuszyk-Aubertin is a tax advisor.
Ms. Matuszyk-Aubertin is fluent in Polish (native), French and Russian. She also communicates in English.
