Malcolm Mclean is an associate in the Firm’s Banking & Capital Markets Group and joined the London office of White & Case in September 2006. Malcolm works within the London bank regulatory and financial institutions advisory practice.

The practice offers advice and guidance on the entire spectrum of financial services activities and enquiries relating to the workings of the Financial Services Authority. This involves advisory and transactional work for financial institutions including investment and commercial banks, broker-dealers and asset managers.
