The main areas of practice of Marina Medina are corporate law, bank finance, project finance and mergers and acquisitions.

She gained experience in international law when working for the Chilean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Santiago, Chile.

Due to her studies she is also familiar with Spanish law practice.

Prior to joining White & Case in 2008, Marina Medina worked for the world's largest professional services firm in Hamburg, which is responsible, in a consortium with Euler Hermes Deutschland AG, for the Export Credit and Investment Guarantees of the Federal Republic of Germany ("Hermes Guarantees"), and gained broad experience on ECA guarantees.
