Practice Experience

Mattias Nilsson concentrates on commercial litigation and arbitration, but he also advises clients on real estate law issues. He is frequently engaged as guest lecturer by universities, especially the Law schools at Stockholm University; teaching real estate law, construction law and general commercial and procedural law.

Mr. Nilsson graduated from University of Stockholm Law School in 2005. During his studies he participated in the winning team of a national moot court competition, and worked as an assistant for Professor Anders Victorin. Mr. Nilsson has also served as a law clerk at the District Court of Södra Roslag in Stockholm. He has previously worked as a journalist.
