Practice Experience

Mr. Pališin joined White & Case in 2006, after graduating from the Ghent University Law School LL.M. Program in European and Comparative Law. During his studies, Mr. Pališin focused on The Law of the Internal Market, European Competition Law, European and Comparative Company Law and Judicial Protection in the European Union.

Since joining White & Case, Mr. Pališin has been involved in due diligence projects and mergers and acquisitions projects. Mr. Pališin advises clients on general corporate matters, including the drafting of corporate documents, and represents clients in relations with public authorities.
