Practice Experience
Mr. Marcin Panek is a tax lawyer with over seven years of practical experience in the tax advisory.
Prior to joining the White & Case team, for 7 years Mr. Panek worked for "Big Four" companies. He started his career specializing in value added tax advisory and designing of tax effective forms of employment. Then he devoted most of his practice to the area of tax assistance for M&A transactions and international tax structuring.
He possesses significant experience in transactional project management, which he gained working on a managerial position at one of "Big Four" companies. He managed tax projects for such clients as: Merrill Lynch, UPS, Enterprise Investors, Saint-Gobain, ING Real Estate Investment Management and many others.
