Practice Experience

Mrs. Pasetti is an M&A and corporate lawyer with experience in industrial property rights and energy law. Her primary areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, privatisations joint ventures and private equity, with a particular emphasis on venture capital.

She has many years of experience in representing purchasers or sellers in M&A transactions, including large-scale transactions. Furthermore, she is highly experienced in privatisations. She also gives advice and assistance to prime equity funds in acquiring shares for their portfolio and in establishing further funds and represents companies, during the various stages of financing, including the IPO.

Her main clients are financial institutions, private equity funds, and energy suppliers.
