Mizuho Yamada has practiced as a licensed Japanese attorney-at-law (Bengoshi) since April 1997. He has primarily practiced in the fields of corporate, real property and international financial transactions, as well as intellectual property.

He is a graduate of the Keio University Law Faculty (LLB) and the Legal Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Japan and obtained an LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law. He is also a member of the New York State Bar (2006). Mr. Yamada speaks Japanese and English.
