Practice Experience
Mr. Grenley’s broad based practice relates primarily to international corporate and commercial transactions, with particular emphasis on international mergers and acquisitions transactions as well as transnational joint ventures. He has represented numerous multinational clients in telecommunications joint ventures, asset disposition and acquisitions, major contract negotiations, construction projects and international financial transactions. His clients include defense contractors, commercial satellite manufacturers, cellular telephone companies, industrial enterprises, as well as financial institutions and high technology companies.
Mr. Grenley regularly advises a Fortune 10 company in connection with its international mergers and acquisitions activities. He recently advised that client in the disposition of five businesses in Europe to a financial purchaser and in the disposition of a controlling stake in a publicly-traded Mexican company to a strategic purchaser.
Mr. Grenley is the Administrative Partner for the M&A Practice Group. From 1978 to 1986, Mr. Grenley was a resident partner in the firm’s affiliated Jeddah, Saudi Arabia office. He has lectured widely on Middle Eastern law topics.
