Practice Experience

Ms. Hart is an associate in the New York office with experience in Estate Planning and Taxation. Her practice is broad and includes the representation of parties in various domestic and international estate and tax planning matters and the drafting of wills, trusts and other tax planning vehicles.

Ms. Hart's pro bono practice is focused on advising nonprofit organizations regarding corporate formation, corporate governance and tax-exempt status.
